Test

part1.JPG
part2.JPG

I think that test is disappointing, my determination is not as weak as it says, i got lots of stories to point out it! Moreover i don't think i'm not looking for some autonomy because i want to be at the end of the day the boss of my own company!

Part 2: talent
talents that help: social intelligence, cheekiness, humor, basis on computer skills, creativity, reliability and determination, bilinguish, curious
talents that do not help: lack of leadership, hard to focus, need help to concretise,

Part 3: website

www.ted.com : to know before the most part of the people what is going on generally and to keep being inspired by thoughts that are new or unusual. Ted is a concentrate of very varied informations.
www.entrepreneur.com: that website is ideal because it is a website done for entrepreneur from all around the world which is not easy to find on internet (most of the websits i found were made for American entrpreneurs).

Part 4: Researchexternal image entrepreneur_3.jpg
Nowadays there is no global company that refuse to take in account the social impact they have and to recognise their responsability. More and more entrepreneurs want to give a social direction to their company. Moreover a good entrepreneur is also someone that can create a link, a community in his/her own company.

My Own Photo

I took that pic when i was hiking with one friend. After long hours of hiking we finally reached the top. We could finally have a global picture of what was around us for hours. I think i represents exactly what it is to to be a good entrepreneur, an entrepreneur that wants to change things, that wants to get involved in the world he's living in. But to become that kind of entrepreneur you need to make some efforts and get through obstacles, even if someties you can get lost.

10 Trends of 2010
Embedded generosity

GENERATION G
GENERATION G

Generation G
Generation G

"Generation generosity. it was big in 2009, and it will be even bigger this year. In particular all things EMBEDDED GENEROSITY. It incorporates all giving initiatives that make giving and donating painless, if not automatic (after all, pragmatism is the new religion ;-). On top of that, with collaboration being such an integral part of the zeitgeist, expect lots of innovative corporate giving schemes that involve customers by letting them co-donate and/or co-decide."
This is the trend that is the most profitable to my business since it all about choosing easily the project you want to finance considering the amount of money and values that could guide you and then donating. This is all the more painless that the donation is partially reimbursed and that the website give all the information and the platform to donate.

Best practices
Best practice is a method, process, activity, incentive which is considered to be the best to accomplish a task (that is to say to use the least amount of effort and that obtains the best results) and that can be applied on many similar situations, under conditions of little adjustments, and that has been successful all over years.

Next practices
MAKE YOURSELF EXCLUSIVE: invitation to trips, or parties. Once you’ll finance you’ll have the Danone Citizen Card. Every 6 months a huge party will be organized, only a few guests that would have been selected for their age. Each party would focus on one margin of age so that it can be adapted to them. Only a few guests would be invited to attend for example to a private concert, or a conference..
TELL A STORY: For each proposition of project to finance, there will be a fiels about the person. Where does that person come from, what is his/her environment, why does he/she need the loan? Moreover the person would also have the end of the story, would see the results.
GENERATION G: I have already explained why the Generation G would be a key element I’ll insist on in the paragraph of the trend of 2010.
CROWDSOURCING: The crowd will be the one who’ll finance, who’ll choose, who’ll act for what they believe, who’ll have an impact. The foundation will just be the tool to do that.

Competencies
It was really hard to choose only 5 compentencies because the activity is shared between finance, contact and reports made with the people who need loans all around the world and the website management which is the tool to run the foundation. Finally i need also a very important marketing department which will have for task to create unforgettable events, to create a mystery and a feeling of pride and exclusivity and community in the same time.
Behavioral: flexibility, cross cultural skills, ethical compliance, people orientation, creativity,
Technical: finance management, multimedia skills.

The blue Ocean Ideas
Instead of competing on a market already invaded why not creating a new space in the market? This is the point of the blue ocean strategy explained by W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne. The more you are different from your competitors the best it is. You have to create a new demand not exploiting the old one, you should try to break the value.
Le Cirque du Soleil for example has succeeded in being a unique type of circus, combining elegance, poetry, arts, numbers, talents and performance and without any presence of an animal. It is a unique circus, the criteria are so much different from other circus that the audience accepts without resistance to pay much more for a ticket for one of its show than for another circus show.
Nitendo Wii has created a blue ocean, this is the first console that can say you make some efforts even if you’re in front of your Tv. It has created a new demand, a demand that wants to lose weight and have fun in the same time alone or in group and the price wasn’t higher than any other platform.
